The acronym T.U.T.O.R.I.A.L explains who we are and our operations culture as it represent:

Training:  training is our primary task, as it is also reflected internally. We value trainings to bridge skills gap in the team, and to stay relevant in our sphere of influence. 

Unique Impact: Impact is our lifestyle. Not just impact, but unique impact. When we leave people, they should be so transformed that they can’t help but change or take positive steps.

Teamwork: We are teamwork and goal oriented, as teamwork is important in achieving goals at Lead-out. We believe everyone’s gift is unique and carefully deploy staff or volunteers in their areas of giftedness.

Organization: We are an organized team always prepared to deliver excellent transformative projects.

Responsibility: We take ownership of our work seriously, that is why we try as much as we can to engage the best resourceful hands. At Lead-out, there is no nominal staff. Everyone takes responsibility.

Integrity: Lead-out is where you invest resources and get returns on impact in that, resources are applied to create intended outcome.  

Accountability: Accountability and trustworthiness is prioritized. We are accountable to ourselves, and those we work with.

Leadership: We value personal leadership, without which we cannot lead others. Hence, leadership is reflected in our team.
